Target
Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling all customer contacts. From beginning to end portfolio of leading your customers through the entire process, you will handle all possible issues for existing customers and you will advise customer concerning new products and market development.
Tasks
- Managing your client portfolio; order processing, renewals, claims and cancelations
- First line support in our electronic access and management tools
- Communicate with publishers regarding new orders, claims and e-packages
- Anticipating and identifying customers needs and be responsive to it
- Visiting clients
Requirements
- Minimum MBO work and thinking level
- Accurate, precise and be able to perform under pressure
- As a plus experience with online subscriptions
- Pro-active work attitude and the ability to multitask and prioritize a demanding workload
- Strong service oriented abilities is obliged
- Knowledgeable in the functionality and usage of the internet and MS Office
- A very good ability to communicate person-to-person verbally and in writing in Dutch and English
