EBSCO’s Journal Expediting Service (JETS) offers libraries the best time-saving solution for handling print-related tasks and ensuring that journals are on the shelves when users need them. JETS helps with a wide range of print-delivery issues, including check in, claiming, reporting and more. Plus, it works with various integrated library systems (ILS) and offers custom add-ons to tailor the service for any library’s print-resource needs.

JETS on the Web

JETS customers can use EBSCONET® — our continually enhanced Web-based subscription management system —  to access all information associated with any JETS order or shipment, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

You'll have access to:

  • Multiple searching options to review orders and claims
  • Details and status of all issues in shipments
  • A facility to report damaged/missing issues
  • Downloadable PDFs of packing lists that can be exported to Excel or other formats
  • Issue and/or shipment information formatted for download into selected ILS systems

You can also create, maintain, and update circulation and routing slips to streamline your issue distribution.
