JETS customers can use EBSCONET^®, our continually enhanced Web-based subscription management system, to access all information associated with any JETS order or shipment, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

You'll have access to:

• multiple searching options to review orders and claims
• details and status of all issues in shipments
• a facility to report damaged/missing issues
• downloadable PDFs of packing lists that can be exported to Excel or other formats
• issue/shipment information formatted for download into selected ILS systems.

You can also create, maintain and update circulation and routing slips to streamline your issue distribution.
