Catalogs

The Librarians’ Handbook is a comprehensive catalog that contains more than 60,000 serial titles plus complete ordering information including: nation of origin, frequency of publication, special publisher ordering requirements and current publisher prices. An index lists all titles by Library of Congress classification and by categories of special interest.

Periodicals for the Health Sciences is designed to be a valuable serial subscription ordering tool for all types of hospital libraries, medical school libraries, biomedical companies and government health agencies. It contains ordering information on more than 2,500 publications as well as editorial descriptions of many titles. A medical subject classification based on categories from MEDLINE® is also provided.

The Electronic Media Catalog is a comprehensive reference tool available on the Web. The catalog displays publications, both alphabetically and by subject classification, that are produced in various electronic formats. It allows libraries, their patrons, purchasing agents and others to identify electronic journals, databases and other online products of interest. Built-in links to the EBSCONET® Serials Management System allow customers to place orders immediately.
