Allen Powell has served as President of EBSCO Information Services since 2004. Powell leads EBSCO’s Regional Offices worldwide and headquarter divisions into the company’s 65th year of business, overseeing EBSCO’s many services for subscriptions and all types of related products for libraries and research organizations.

Oliver Pesch has served as chief strategist for EBSCO’s e-resource access and management services since 2004. In this capacity he helps set direction for EBSCO’s products such as EBSCO A-to-Z®, LinkSource®, ERM Essentials®, Usage Consolidation and more. Pesch devotes a considerable energy to the creation and promotion of library standards. Currently, he serves as co-chair of NISO's SUSHI Standing Committee and the Executive Committee for Project COUNTER as well being a member of several standards committees. Pesch joined EBSCO in 1986.

Sid McNeal is Vice President and General Manager of Publisher Affairs and EBSCO International. McNeal is responsible for bringing efficiencies that improve service to publishers, including accelerating the development of information technology enhancements that strengthen EBSCO’s support to publishers in the “e” environment. McNeal also oversees EMpact Sales™, which provides targeted sales and marketing services for publishers and EBSCO’s regional offices in the Asian/Indian sub-continental regions, Australia/New Zealand and Latin America.

Kittie Henderson, M.L.S., serves as Director of the Academic and Law Divisions. In her position, Henderson works with EBSCO staff and clients in North America to develop and expand services to academic, research and law libraries. Henderson has been with EBSCO since 1992.

Lynn Fortney, M.L.S., serves as EBSCO’s Biomedical Division Director. In her position, Fortney provides a biomedical library focus for EBSCO Information Services. This includes monitoring trends affecting academic medical center and hospital libraries, recommending new services and participating in product development plans.

Tracy Housch serves as EBSCO’s Vice President and General Manager of the Title Information Department. In this role, Housch’s responsibilities include maintaining EBSCO’s growing title file – which now includes more than 350,000 listings – as well as monitoring publisher business model and pricing changes.

Frank Mapes is Vice President and General Manager of Publisher Services at EBSCO. With more than 20 years of industry experience, Mapes supervises operational and fulfillment services for more than 83,000 publishers with whom EBSCO works worldwide.

Kristina Krusmark, M.L.S., serves as product manager for the EBSCONET® suite of solutions. Her responsibilities include monitoring the subscription and e-resource management needs of EBSCO’s worldwide customer base and working with EBSCO’s development teams to define and create services to meet those needs. Krusmark joined EBSCO in 2000.

Rebecca Day Tucker serves as manager of e-resource services development for EBSCO. In this role she is tasked with identifying customer- and publisher-facing needs in the management of e-journals and e-journal packages. She works with EBSCO’s title information department and publisher services group as well as with development teams to design and implement services that address those needs. Rebecca joined EBSCO in 1997.
