JETS customers' journals are collected at EBSCO's International Headquarters in the United States, or at a combination of our facilities in the Netherlands, U.K., Germany, Spain, Italy, France, Poland, Australia and Korea, depending on the specific services needed by customers.

Your issues are received, checked in and missing issues are claimed automatically by our well-trained and well-managed staff. If you choose to take advantage of our additional time-saving, customisable technical services, those are performed and then your journal issues are packed securely and shipped to you according to the schedule of your choice. We handle customs clearance of your journal packages and arrange for delivery to your door.
