    eBooks are digital editions of your favorite print titles. You can download eBooks and read them immediately, as no waiting for shipment is involved. eBooks also offer the convenience of size and portability. You can store your own library of eBooks on your PC, laptop or hand-held device.

  4. What if I want to purchase eBooks title-by-title?
    A "Pick-and-Mix" option allows you to create your own collection on a title-by-title basis (minimum selection of 50 titles).

  5. Are titles assigned to more than one package?
    Overlap is possible, but should be minimal, due to the distinct collection subjects.

  6. Can more than one person access the same eBook at once?
    Up to five users can view an eBook at one time; an online reservation system is provided in case someone is unable to access a title.

  7. Can eBooks be used off-campus/off-site?
    Yes; users are authenticated by IP range or username and password.

  8. Will my patrons need any special software?
    The eBooks are in PDF format, so the only software needed is Adobe® Reader, which is available free of charge at the Adobe Web site: www.adobe.com. They can also be viewed using Microsoft® Reader, Mobipocket Reader and DX Reader. For more information on these formats, visit www.ebookstore.tandf.co.uk/html/ebookformat.asp.

  9. Can pages from an eBook be printed or saved?
    Users can print or copy up to five percent of any title within the subscription. Students make and save their own notes, highlights and bookmarks. They can also create their own "œresearch book" with up to 100 pages per year from across all titles in the subscribed resource.

  10. Are usage statistics available? How do I obtain them?
    COUNTER-compliant usage statistics are available upon request. Users will soon be able to access statistics directly through their account.

  11. Are MARC records available?
    Yes; MARC records are provided at no additional charge.

  12. How long do I have access to a collection?
    Taylor & Francis eBooks are for annual subscriptions only, and you may subscribe at any time.

  13. Does Taylor & Francis offer pay-per-use service?
    No, not at this time.

  14. Who should I contact with questions regarding consortia arrangements?
    Consortia sales are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact your EBSCO sales representative.

  15. Can I purchase the Taylor & Francis eBook Collection through my subscription agent or book wholesaler?
