EBSCO offers several MEDLINE analysis reports developed specifically for biomedical libraries. Upon request, EBSCO also provides health sciences libraries with valuable reports specific to MEDLINE titles.

Historical Price Analysis for MEDLINE Report provides a five-year price comparison of all MEDLINE titles listed alphabetically by subject or by title number. The reports include a five-year rate schedule for each title with both annual and total percentage increases. The Survey Report for MEDLINE includes titles to which the customer subscribes that are also listed in MEDLINE. The report includes a five-point Likert scale for evaluative studies. Appropriate sections of the report can be distributed to faculty members so they can participate in the collection development process. Periodical Price Survey

A valuable guide for budgeting decisions, the Periodical Price Survey is published each spring in Library Journal. Co-authored by Kathleen Born, vice president and director of EBSCO's Academic Division, and Lee Van Orsdel, dean of university libraries, Grand Valley State University, the report provides a detailed look at current pricing trends with helpful projections for the upcoming year.
